Registration is now open for 2024 Pest Management Canada! The event will take place on April 18-20, 2024, at The Westin Nova Scotian in Halifax, Nova Scotia. This two-day event will deliver top-level business and technical education, as well as access to supplier representatives ready to share the latest in product development and design. On Day One, sharpen your business skills in this owner/operator-focused training series. Day two is all about technical training as industry leaders and researchers from coast to coast deliver advanced training on the industry's most challenging pests.
The Canadian Pest Management Association (CPMA), the national association serving pest management companies across the country, is seeking nominations for the CPMA President. 2024 marks the time for CPMA’s bi-annual Presidential election. The CPMA President makes a four-year commitment to the association - one year as President-Elect, two as President, and one as Past President. This important leadership role provides an opportunity to make a difference in the pest control industry through regulatory affairs, licensing and recertification, education and training, and more. Nominations should be sent, via email to cpma@pestworld.org by Friday, February 2, 2024, for consideration.
Details about the slate of candidates and voting procedures will be emailed to all active/voting members of CPMA in the coming weeks. Please note, 2024 dues must be up to date in order to participate in the election; we encourage you to renew your membership if you have not already. The next CPMA President will be announced at Pest Management Canada 2024.
