Born and raised in Illinois, I was never fond of the cold winters. So, when my son left for the Army 15 years ago, I packed up and moved to sunny Arizona. A few years later, a recruiter reached out with a job opportunity in chemical distribution at Univar (now Veseris), which sounded intriguing. Little did I know, this would lead me straight into the pest control industry. At first, the idea of working with bugs seemed...gross! But what I found was a career that I genuinely love.
Over the past 12 years, I’ve come to appreciate everything about this industry, from the relationships and friendships I've built to the opportunities to contribute in meaningful ways. I’ve had the privilege of serving as the Allied Member with AzPPO and chairing/co-chairing the Philanthropy Committee for Arizona’s PWIPM and PestVets. I’m passionate about sharing the value and growth our industry offers, and I’m always eager to be involved.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my 5 grandkids in Colorado Springs, who have become my main reason for embracing the cold weather again. I also love kayaking, traveling, live sports and entertainment and just relaxing with my Mal-Shi, Enzo, who has yet to experience snow.
I look forward to the opportunity to serve and support our amazing industry in Colorado.
